Adult rat brain stem nuclei stained with FOX3 antibody in red, RPCA-FOX3 and mouse monoclonal antibody to MAP2 MCA-5H11 in green. Dendrites of neurons are visible with the MAP2 stain, while the perikarya are positive for FOX3. FOX3 is now known to be identical to the widely used neuronal marker NeuN. Nuclei of cells are visualized in blue with the DAPI DNA stain. 21.2 megapixel image, print is 24” X 36” at 156 DPI on highest quality lustre paper.
