Adult rat cerebellum stained with MCA-5C10, a mouse monoclonal antibody to glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP). Blue shows DNA using the DAPI stain. The GFAP antibody binds the processes of Bergmann glia in the molecular layer and astrocytes in the white matter and granular layer. 72.6 megapixel image, will print 24” X 36” at 338 DPI.
