This image was made with our chicken polyclonal antibody to MAP2, CPCA-MAP2 in green and rabbit polyclonal to GFAP RPCA-GFAP in red. Blue is the DNA intercalating agent DAPI, which is in the Vestashield mounting medium we normally use (Vector labs Cat#1200). Cells were derived from E20 rat brain and were processed using our standard procedure outlined here. The image is 30 megapixels, which prints at 186 DPI at 24″ X 36″.
