Mixed E20 rat cortical cultures stained with MCA-2A52, mouse monoclonal antibody to vimentin in green and rabbit antibody RPCA-GFAP to glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in red. Glial cells contain varying ratios of these two proteins and so appear red, yellow or green. Nuclei of neurons and glia are seen in blue with the DNA stain DAPI. 20.6 megapixel image print is 24” X 36” at 154 DPI.
